PraiseMoves® is the Christian ALTERNATIVE to Yoga
PraiseMoves® postures are stretching exercises with an accompanying Scripture verse. Every posture in PraiseMoves® is tied to a Scripture, so that while we are stretching and strengthening the body, we are also being transformed by the renewing of our mind, nourishing our spirit, and praising the Lord. As you do the strengthening posture, you are suppose to think about the correlating verse. For instance, during the posture called The Vine, a pose which strengthens the spine and arms, we meditate on the corresponding scripture from 15:5, “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.”
PraiseMoves® Versus Yoga
