The Guilt Free Journal

Author: Jan Silvious

This Scripture/prayer-guided journal is a godsend to all who have started journals only to leave them on the shelf after two days. The title “Guilt-free” indicates that this journal is offered as an alternative to other more-structured journals that tend to evoke feelings of failure and frustration every time you forget to record a journal entry for a given day. It is the author’s perspective that journaling is supposed to be an enjoyable experience—not one that is motivated primarily by feelings of guilt and drudgery. The Guilt-Free Journal sets no rules or boundaries and is not geared around a calendar. With this journal, if you skip a day or two (or more)—don’t sweat it!

The Guilt Free Prayer Journal for Moms
Author:  Janet Silvious

The Guilt-Free Prayer Journal for Moms is designed with the belief that journaling is suppose to be an enjoyable experience—not one that is motivated or driven by feelings of guilt, inadequacy, or drudgery. The Guilt-Free Journal for Moms sets no rules or boundaries and is not geared around a calendar or other scheduled format. With this journal, if you skip a day or two (or more)—not a problem. Each section has two double spreads. The first spread provides inspirational and informational background on a specific prayer topic. The second spread includes: Scripture prayers to pray for children.  A blank section where parents can journal their prayer for their children.  A Looking for Answers section reminding moms to watch for and record those answers to specific prayers. The purpose of the Guilt-Free Prayer Journal for Moms is to help moms pray for their children while keeping a permanent record of the actual prayers they’ve prayed for their children.
