Still Journey CD Experience

Kim Owens, LMT and founder of OMM Center leads Still Journey, a mind/body/Holy Spirit experience utilizing OMM Center's Still Journey CD. The practice combines restorative yoga, breath-work and guided imagery to relax the body and mind, and is followed by 20-minutes of contemplative (silent) prayer to strengthen your spirit.

The Still Journey CD was created for OMM Center by Ron Cage, ancient world therapeutic musician. The CD contains seven songs to usher in peace to your mind and relaxation to your body. The songs are followed by a segment of 20 minutes of silence to encourage a silent prayer or meditation practice to strengthen your Spirit. This CD includes a companion guide to encourage a complete mind, body and Spirit experience.

A growing number of people are finding relief from the noise and hectic pace of today’s world in the music of ancient world therapeutic musician Ron Cagle. His new CD, “Still Journey” contains seven original compositions blended with ancient instruments rarely heard today.

Cagle's performances are life altering experiences. Concert attendees leave with a new appreciation for the earth, the heavens and themselves. And most report feeling a closer relationship with God. “The world is filled with glory and blessings,” Cagle said, “but most people pass right by them without really hearing, seeing, or feeling their beneficial power.”

Cagle developed an acute awareness of natural things at an early age from his great-grandmother, who was of American Indian heritage. He learned a lot about the natural world and the Creator of all things, and he spends a lot of time staying connected to both. Cagle has also heard music in his dreams, and has created instruments of his own to reflect these sounds because, he says, no such instruments exist on the earth.

Ron Cagle says, “My goal is to simply be an instrument of peace and joy through my music. I want people to be calmed, feel the joy of God, and see Him all around us.” Some who’ve heard Cagle’s playing feel he has accomplished that goal. “He ushers in the spirit of the Ancient One in a new way, and it’s beautiful.
