John Penney was born in New York City and raised in Cola,. S.C. from the age of four. He was a former drug dealer who accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in 1982. He got in a drug war and had a "hit" put on him to kill him, but Jesus sent a young man to tell him about Jesus and His Love,Grace,and Saving Power. He got saved and is now an ordained minister of the gospel. The Lord is so good! God encouraged John to record a devotional-inspirational CD inspired by the Holy Spirit that will bring listeners right into the presence of God. It also has scripture reference that you can study and learn, backed by gospel jazz music.
